PoE Solution
The LevelOne FEP-0812 switch is equipped with 8x 10/100Mbps ports with auto-MDI/MDIX crossover detection function. While combining power with Ethernet technology, 4 of these 8 ports automatically detect the presence of IEEE 802.3af-compliant powered devices and provide the capability of transferring power and data over a single Ethernet cable. The FEP-0812 is an ideal solution for extensive WLAN, VoIP, and IP surveillance system deployments, especially if non-PoE and PoE compliance devices co-exist in your network.
 
Fast and Reliable Technology
The FEP-0812 offers a fast and reliable network. The store-and-forward architecture filters errors and forwards packets in a non-blocking environment. Flow control ensures the correctness of data transmitting. The IEEE802.3x and back pressure flow control mechanisms work 
respectively for full and half duplex modes. This device supports Nway auto-negotiation protocol that detects the networking speed and the duplex modes (Full/Half) automatically. Auto-MDI/MDI-X function alleviates the effort to use crossover cables.
 
Easy to Use
For instant error detection, the switch is equipped with a full range of LEDs to help you to monitor and troubleshoot problems on your network. The 10.5" design fits easily in any location. With the accessory kit, the switch can either be stacked or mounted to the 19” rack or cabinet.
